We are happy to provide professional insurance and warranty reports which cover all aspects of the faults with your Apple device, accidental or otherwise.

These reports can then be taken to your insurance company or the warranty provider for approval and in most cases depending on either  your cover or the scope of the warranty, there will then be a pay out for the value of the repair or for a replacement system of the same specification or higher.

We charge a fixed rate fee of £85 to provide this in-depth report.
